  • Hardin E. Rubin D.V.M

    Veterinarian
    Dr. Hardin E. Rubin is a graduate of Florida State University (BS 1973) and The Ohio State University (DVM 1977). After graduation, he practiced for 1 year in Kansas City, Mo. He then moved to North Carolina where he practiced 4 years with Gaston Veterinary Associates in Gastonia, NC. In 1982, he opened the Charlotte Mobile Veterinary Clinic, the first house call veterinary practice in the Charlotte area. In 1989 he became partners with Dr. Lynda Clark, and together they formed The Animal Health Care Center of Charlotte, P.A.

    Dr. Rubin has a pug named Carlita and she can be found hanging out at the clinic. He is married and has two children.
  • Laura Viola

    Veterinary Technician
    Laura is a Certified Veterinary Technician. She graduated from Central Carolina Technical College in 1980, receiving an Applied Science degree in Veterinary Technology. She had worked for Dr. Lynda Clark during her internship and was offered a job upon graduation in the spring of 1980. She has worked at AHCC ever since.

    Her pets include Mini, a schnauzer mix and a 17year old cockatiel named Henry.
  • Libby Bollinger

    Gatekeeper
    Libby is the proud owner of a boxer, GoosE, and a boxer/Boston mix named Mimi. She is active in dog rescue.  She comes to us after taking a hiatus from working in the manufacturing section.
